I sorta understand all the love for Gregg Marshall and Bryce Drew as potential HC candidates if/when the UI position opens up. (I believe Whitman will take the time to make his own evaluation, meaning not likely happening in 2016, IMO.) But why not a guy like Mack? He doesn't make the big bucks already like Marshall so enticing him with good money ($2mm?) might not be as difficult. I would go for him over Drew or Archie Miller.
