I know some guys on here like this idea. I know others like me just don't think it works.
So can anyone name a situation in which a floundering coach changed assistants for actual coaching skills, not recruiting, and had a noticeable turnaround? Who were the coaches and where?
I think many of you are looking at what happens in football often and simply assuming the same works in basketball...and I don't really think it flies that way.
