Carson Wentz and Jared Goff?

I am not a very astute scout or expert by any stretch but what am I missing on these guys? I get they have the arm talent, measurables, etc.

I don't see either as a franchise changing QB. I see both as maybe Blake Bortles types?

Anyone else see what the fuss is about with these two? Does this just speak to the lack of QB talent in the NFL?
