Do you feel the illini staff does a good job recruiting to their system?
Finding guards and bigs that have the proper skills to threaten the defense on each possession in a high ball screen offense?
Bigs that have the agility to do what this staff asks of the
bigs in their defensive system?
I think the staff has been inconsistent in these areas. This tells me that there isn't a real focus on specific skill sets. There seems to be a focus on talent acquisition without a concern for fit.
