I don't know if there is anything to report with any of this but since it is the start of the NCAA tournament - naturally its a slow week for Illinois basketball! so what the hell; here are a few questions...
1. Anything new to report with Tilmon? Is he planning to visit campus any time soon? Also, read a rumor that he might be joining Jordan Goodwin at Althoff next year?
2. Charlie Moore - his main recruiter just got hired at Pacific and Pastner is both on the hot seat at Memphis and also under consideration for another job - any chance Illinois would get back in if he got out of his LOI?
3. Slightly out of left field - since Groce has been at Illinois are you aware of any schools reaching out to him as a HC candidate? How about any of the assistants?
4. Rakocevic - what is going on with that dude? Skilled 6'10" bigs don't grow on trees but there seems to be a lot of teams that take a look and then back off.
5. How bad has the relationship with Robert Smith deteriorated? How about with Chicago Public League schools overall?
