Heard Billy Napier, the WR Coach for Alabama, talk last night.
Interesting comment, "On this year's team we will graduate 25 Undergrads plus 3 Grad Students.". The value of keeping kids in school and playing upperclassmen!
They also have 7 - 8 "Football Analysts" on the staff. Basically Grad Assistants who analyze film, scout, etc. He said "Two on Offense, two on Defense, one on ST and a couple more." These guys also make sure the players are actually in class, etc. Geesh.
I've heard they have 80+ people involved in the football "staff". Can't tell you that's the truth though.
