I realize the Charlie Moore train has probably pulled out of Champaign, but Jaylen Fisher, a Memphis 2016 PG (ESPN ranks him #34 in the country), says he will announce today between Memphis, Arkansas and UNLV.

So if competition matters to Charlie, might a Memphis selection by Fisher have an effect?
