Michigan Game (Away)

Some old Illini buddies and I are thinking about going to Ann Arbor this year. What's the best way to get away game tickets? When does the university put the away games on sale? The seats are probably bad, I'm guessing, but at least we'll be with fellow Illini. Or are the seats so bad, is it worth it to buy them off StubHub or somewhere else? Any advice?
